Nestled in the serene embrace of the Koue Bokkeveld mountains, my recent stay at the Baths Natural Hot Springs was a rejuvenating retreat. The stunning hot mineral spring pools, surrounded by a lush forest, offered an ideal backdrop for unwinding. I enjoyed leisurely afternoons by the well-maintained outdoor pool, where the cool water cascading down the mountain added to the tranquil atmosphere. The chalet we occupied was beautifully organized, complete with a kitchen and a spacious balcony featuring a jacuzzi that overlooked the majestic greenery-a perfect setting to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. The spa facilities deserve a mention; I appreciated the range of treatments available, which offered just the right touch of relaxation without feeling overwhelming. Dining options were convenient, with an onsite restaurant providing affordable and satisfying meals, eliminating the need for trips to town. I found the staff to be approachable yet unobtrusive, enhancing the overall comforting environment. The combination of nature and wellness made this a peaceful escape, one I'd gladly revisit for another dose of tranquility.
